With the advent of video sharing sites, cheap camcorders and fast pc's, what was once an expensive and extremely techie area has become much more accessible to the regular comuter owner. The current state of play has certain parallels with the advent of cheap DTP programs. With the right hardware and software anyone can bore entertain their friends and family and indeed the entire Internet with their Speilberg-esque flights of fancy. Just like some of the fliers and pamphlets produced by DTP programs, there are some video-makers who subscribe to the 'more is more' school of videography.

Of course dear visitor you are not one of those. All you want to do is find out how to start to make interesting video productions on your PC. Well that's what we are here for. Admittedly it is early days yet, but we will be applying ourselves to finding out what people want to know, and telling them how to do it.
